Three Islands works directly with Balinese artisans using traditional techniques and hand-dyed fabrics to produce an original collection of classic, easy-to-wear apparel and swimwear. Variations in color and pattern are expected and we believe add to the unique quality of our products. That said, if you are unhappy with the quality of your purchase, please let us know and we’ll replace it. 

What is your return and exchange policy? 
Returns must be made within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. Any returns received after 14 days will be eligible for an exchange or store credit. If you would like to return or exchange an item, please email customercare@threeislandslifestyle.com with your request and we will get back to you as soon as we can. When and how will my order ship?
All orders ship USPS. If you require UPS please add a note to the order. Orders ship within 48 hours of being received. 

How do I know my size? 
We offer a very wide range of sizes at Three Islands. Please refer to our size charts for Men’s, Women’s & Children’s for reference. 

How should I care for my pieces? 
We recommend an initial, separate cold water wash before wear to remove any residues from the dying process. Subsequently your pieces should be machine washed in cold water and line dried. 

If your product sells out when do you expect it to be back in stock?  
Sometimes things take a little longer in Bali.  If you let us know the product that you love, we can email you as soon as it’s back in stock.   

Do you offer international shipping?  
Yes, absolutely. There is an international charge of $25 on all orders. If the shipment is less than $25 you will be refunded the difference after it ships.
